A few days ago, the author learned from the Haikou Science and Technology Industry Information Bureau of Hainan Province that up to now, Haikou has completed more than 95% of the implementation plan of lighting energy-saving renovation of public institutions, and inspected the green lighting energy-saving transformation of 25 public institutions in the city. Most public institutions have completed the energy-saving transformation of their own public office buildings, and all have replaced green energy-efficient products.
In recent years, Haikou has steadily advanced the construction of green lighting demonstration provinces and eliminated backward lighting products. Based on the "Catalog of Lighting Appliances Eliminated and Popularized in Hainan Province", Haikou conducted statistics on 38 hotels with more than 200 beds. According to statistics, 29 units have purchased 121380 lamps and 142469 lamps have been promoted.
In addition, the Haikou Municipal Office of Administrative Affairs and the Haikou Energy Conservation Supervision Center carried out special inspections of energy conservation in public institutions, focusing on inspecting the water, electricity, and fuel consumption management of institutions, strengthening the implementation of national control standards for indoor activities, and reasonable setting of air-conditioning temperatures; Maintenance and management, setting up water-saving signs in water-using areas; strengthening energy-saving management of official vehicles, implementing unified fixed-point maintenance, fixed-point insurance and fixed-point fueling for official vehicles, and striving to reduce fuel consumption.
